材料: チキンチョップ 2切れ
マリネ：
しょうゆ 大さじ1
みりん 大さじ1
日本酒 大さじ1/2
砂糖小さじ2
Teriyaki Sauce:
醤油 大さじ2
みりん 大さじ2
日本酒 大さじ1
砂糖 大さじ2（適宜調整してください）
方法：
1. マリネソースを混ぜ、チキンチョップを洗って乾かし、30分間マリネします。
2. フライパンに油を熱し、中火で鶏肉の皮を下向きにして焼き色がつくまで焼き、ひっくり返して焼き目がつくまで数分焼く。
3.照り焼きソースを入れて蓋をし、弱火にしてチキンチョップに火が通るまで2～3分ほど煮る。
4. ふたを開けて、汁が少し減って理想の固さになるまで、約 1 ～ 2 分間加熱します。チキンチョップを一口大に切ってご飯にのせ、ごまをまぶしてお召し上がりください。
