🥣 煮法說明:
1. 將所有藥材略微沖洗,加入約 1200 毫升水。
2. 大火煮沸後轉小火慢煮 40–60 分鐘。
3. 可依個人口味加入黑糖或紅糖調味(不建議過甜)。
4. 亦可加入瘦肉或雞肉同煮,提升風味並加強補益效果。
👉 建議事先將肉類汆燙(燒水去血水與雜質),再放入湯中共煮。

🥣 Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse all herbs thoroughly. Add to approx. 1200 ml of water.
