For best result, apply whenever you feel skin dryness, itchiness, especially after bathing, before sleeping or going out, in order to give the full protection to your skin from wind and dry air. 

Because the ingredients of the product are all natural, the temperature of the ointment will affect its softness and hardness. If it is too hard, you can gently blow it with a hair dryer for a few seconds to soften the product before using it.
